I was looking for something new to try and found this place on google. Inside had super cute warm homey vibes. When i got in the owner greeted me and was super nice and asked me if i ever had fresh pierogies. It was my first time so i took the classic potato and cheese filled pierogies topped with bacon (you can ask without if you’re vegetarian) and comes with sour cream to dip it in. It was freshly made, hot and delicious! The owner also gave me a free side of cabbage salad since it was my first time trying fresh pierogies! :) There were other kinds of filling for the pierogies and they had other options to choose from too 10/10 would recommend!

I came here on a whim for lunch as it’s in my area and I’m trying to discover new restaurants. It did not disappoint! I had an order of potato and cheese pierogis and a sausage and it was all delicious! They have 5 different kinds of pierogi and a small but good assortment of comfort food including poutine. The owner also sells fresh eggs from up north! I’ll definitely be back.

Hands down the best pierogies I have had in years. The way they make it is traditional and quite frankly the taste is like the ones I had in Poland. Fresh and tasty!!

Having authentic polish food for special occasions is very important for my family and Pyza has ensured that was one thing we did not have worry about in the planning process! The owners are not only incredible cooks but also such kind individuals. Highly recommend.

I had eaten all of my homemade pierogies so I was on my way to the east end to buy some real Polish ones ie. None contaminated by cheddar etc. Luckily, I found this place in Lasalle. My pierogi ( pot cheese and potato plus mushroom and kapusta) and potato pancakes were made to order. I also picked up a liter of beet borscht. The reason I put 3 down for atmosphere is because there is a very small place to sit down to eat. Very wonderful interaction with the owner!! Will be back! FYI: they make there own saurkraut with apple!

I was driving my food truck down the street and from far never realized this was a restaurant. Then one day I saw a gentleman Slavak doing a barbecue in the parking lot and decided to stop. I was very happy I did and ordered the sausage sandwich and an order of pirogis… that u had to go to the restaurant and get freshly made by his sweet mom . The service and the food were delightful. I recommend this place to everyone

We chose Pyza Foods to cater our wedding - they offered great recommendations and the whole process was smooth and efficient. Prices are reasonable and, most of all, the food was incredibly flavourful, authentic and fresh. Guests were fighting for seconds!
